Scott’s vision was to introduce technology to support and monitor service delivery for his clients resulting in the CleanTrak App and platform.


Dan Carpenter
Chief Executive Officer

Dan joins Vivid from TIKS Solutions where he was CEO responsible to the board for the delivery of the strategic plan. Dan previously held leadership roles in the facilities management and infrastructure industries. He is a strategic thinker and has experience in leading large scale operations and has strong existing relationships in the facility management property services and cleaning industries.

Dan holds a master’s in business technology and a doctor of business administration with his published doctoral thesis focusing on business ethics.

Susan’s ancestry is Woolwonga and Gurindji from the Northern Territory. She has extensive experience working with First Australian communities nationally and internationally, with specific expertise in community consultation, empowerment and the facilitation of voice and storytelling. Susan previously held the positions of Executive Producer ABC’s Indigenous Programs Unit and Head of Production, NITV a division of SBS.

Paul is a chartered accountant with over 15 years experience in senior financial roles within motor vehicle and services industries, nationally and globally.

Paul has overseen many technology enhancements projects aimed at increasing efficiencies, accuracy and improving productivity across multiple sectors.

Sarcha Huntley
Head of People and Performance

Sarcha joined Vivid in July 2021 as head of people and performance. She has over 15 years’ experience working in her field, assisting businesses transition through periods of organisational growth. Sarcha’s experience spans the hospitality, sports administration, technology, and advertising sectors.

Sarcha holds graduate qualifications in human resource management and coaching.

Sarcha is responsible for the employee experience at Vivid with a focus on diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.

Gary is an operations and continuous improvement professional with 12 years’ experience in the facilities management and property services sectors. He is passionate about innovation, robotic process automation, business process improvement, Corporate Social Responsibility and Reconciliation action.

Gary is SA State Chair of the Auscontact Association, the peak industry body for customer service professionals.


Shane Williams
Head of Business Development

Shane has over 25 years’ experience in the property services sector and ten years’ experience in the hospitality industry.  Since joining Vivid in 2005, Shane has held a number of senior leadership positions with responsibility for account management, operations and, most recently, business development.

Josh is a facilities management professional with experience in client services, general management and operations. He joined Vivid as a regional manager before moving into the role of head of operations.

Through cultivating intimate relationships with clients and co-workers, he strives to deliver high standards coupled with a strong company culture. Trig’s motivation stems from a hunger to develop a work environment that breeds long-term, successful team members who excel in their chosen fields.

A key account manager for two years, Di  heads up a variety of blue-chip accounts including Merck, BD, Philips, Dell and Verizon.

Her past life as a creative marketing specialist in both Australia and the US provides her with a thorough understanding of client requirements across a wide cross section of accounts and disciplines.

Passionate about healthcare, technology and adding value, Di has a proven track record of building strong relationships and is an effective partner to her JLL, CBRE and BGIS clients.

Robert joined Vivid in July 2021 as Key Account Manager for Transport. With over 20 years’ experience in the facilities management sector, he has been responsible for managing client services teams across the corporate, retail and government sectors.

Robert has a graduate qualification in Business Administration

His experience is in workplace services, strategic analysis, developing new opportunities, negotiating and managing contracts. He is skilled in developing business process improvement to drive efficiencies and streamlining processes, maintaining accountability and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.


Sam Rossington
Key Account Manager – Warehousing and Aviation

Sam has over 15 years’ experience assisting clients to achieve their facilities, technology, and sustainability goals. He has worked with clients across the aviation, education, telecommunication, information technology, and retail sectors.Sam’s strength is leading facilities and new contract transition projects on time and within budget. His passion is taking clients’ goals and translating these to strategies and solutions to improve business value and improved customer experience.Sam is recognised for his ability to earn trust and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. He takes a considered, logical, and objective approach to solving problems and brings stability to organisations that are managing through uncertainty.


Sean McWhirter
Key Account Manager – Telecommunications and Utilities

Sean is an experienced sales executive and relationship manager who has successfully driven enterprise new business and retention at a state and national level for close to twenty years. His current focus is retaining and growing key national accounts portfolio of enterprise clients. He has also successfully introduced new business via leveraging his extensive network of C-suite contacts. Sean has a considered, calm and mature approach to business relationships which provides a stronger understanding of his clients’ needs and preferred outcomes, whilst also establishing a strong connection to his colleagues and leadership team.
