Managing Director

Scott Agnew has more than 25 years’ experience in the cleaning industry and is the founder and Managing Director of Vivid Property Services and founder of Vivid Indigenous Services. Scott’s vision was to introduce technology to support and monitor service delivery for his clients resulting in the CleanTrak App and platform.

Dan Carpenter
Chief Executive Officer

Dan joins Vivid from TIKS Solutions where he was CEO responsible to the Board for the delivery of the strategic plan. Dan previously held leadership roles in the facilities management and infrastructure industries. He is a strategic thinker and has experience in leading large scale operations and has strong existing relationships in the facility management property services and cleaning industries. Dan holds a Master’s in Business Technology and a Doctor of Business Administration with his published doctoral thesis focusing on business ethics.

Chief Operations Officer

Carlos has over 20 years of asset, facilities management and hard and soft services delivery experience in senior corporate and FM positions. Carlos has worked with clients across multiple sectors including finance, retail and large industrial industries. In this role, Carlos is responsible for operations and service delivery nationally.
